If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging provided and with all tags attached. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we reserve the right to decline your request for a refund or exchange.
You will be refunded in the form of store credit (valid for one year) or subject to availability, you may exchange your item. If your item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a monetary refund by way of credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In the event that your item has been delivered damaged please provide photographic evidence and a detailed explanation of the condition the package and goods were received in to email@example.com. Please provide this within 3 business days of receiving your order. Failure to do so may result in your return not being processed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase alongside the returned item and a brief description as to why the goods are being returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial (if any) refunds are granted (if applicable), which are as follows:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Gift cards
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you of our determination.
If your refund is approved it will be provided in line with the forms mentioned above (store credit, refund or credit application).
We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.
Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase.

Late or missing funds
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days please ensure you have checked your bank account/statements thoroughly, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for them to process your refund. Please then contact your bank. Again, there are often processing times before a refund transaction is complete. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will arrange for your item to be exchanged.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your returned item. To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make arrangements for returning of your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in this.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary and likewise for the delivery of exchange items.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process refunds for items we have not received.
